Technology selection and adoption. We help you evaluate, select, and embed new technologies without the vendor bias that comes from firms with preferred partnerships.
AI integration. We advise on where AI genuinely adds value in your organisation and how to adopt it responsibly. We also bring our own AI tooling, that which maps existing codebases and surfaces architecture and technical debt in hours, giving transformation planning a factual foundation rather than an assumed one.
Transformation recovery. If a programme has stalled, lost stakeholder confidence, or is delivering the wrong outcomes, we come in to diagnose what has gone wrong and reset it.

Our clients are typically technology leaders and executives in financial services organisations (banking, insurance, capital markets, and securities) who are accountable for a significant change programme. We also work with VC and PE investors who need an independent view of a portfolio company's transformation readiness.
What makes our approach different
Every engagement is led by a senior consultant who has held a CTO, Transformation Director, or Engineering Lead role inside a regulated financial institution. You get the person who has been in your chair, not a team that has studied it.
We are also deliberately small. That means no account managers between you and the work, no junior teams running the engagement while seniors appear at key milestones, and no incentive to extend timelines.
